Yoga With Leila has created this workshop to be uniquely tailored to your needs and enhance your practice. This two hour workshop focusses on going beyond the pose by bringing breathing and asanas together to strengthen your mind and body. This Group Session integrates yoga poses (asanas) and breathwork as part of my holistic technique leaving you feeling relaxed and calmer.
